Many ‘incubation’ centres are little more than just rented space, but at Enterprise Works the emphasis is on giving proactive help and support for client companies – space is just a small part of the package.  The Enterprise Works support services aim to take away the drudgery of bureaucracy and red tape, and allow their companies to focus on their real skills and business objectives, and to develop income flow.

At Enterprise Works clients have their own designated space with a low (3’6’’) wall around and, if required, wire security screening above. This includes provision of free access to meeting rooms (there are 6), communal areas, a small kitchen and refreshment machines. The objective is to create a community feeling among the client companies. 24/7 access is available as well as truck and van access.

The Enterprise Works package includes:

• Full accountancy services (including VAT, payroll, invoicing, tax returns and banking)

• IT Infrastructure (broadband network)

• Power, water, air, equipment maintenance, cleaning and waste disposal, pallet trucks

• Health and safety management and risk assessment

• Building Insurance

• Communal facilities including meeting and presentation rooms

• Sales and Marketing support and HR advice

• Access to a major database and information service provided by RTC North

Client companies will be given coaching and support from an experienced mentor, someone with suitable knowledge and expertise to help plan, develop, and grow the business.
