Client companies that want to join Enterprise works must be:

in possession of a realistic and achievable business plan

committed to make their business prosper and grow

willing to share (in confidence) their business activities and finances
with the Enterprise Works team

operating (in the broadest sense) in manufacturing
-
willing to trade as a limited company
-
in the early stages of development or be an ambitious start-up
organisation with growth potential
-
committed to being an active part of a working community of enthusiastic,
like-minded entrepreneurs
-
committed to the community spirit and help to take care of the building,
other peoples’ businesses and the shared area.
The
space is provided to companies without charge, and they share the running costs of the factory building, services
and other core costs.
Enterprise Works is a not-for-profit company and will work hard to keep
costs as low as possible. (Companies are invoiced monthly for their
share of the pre-agreed costs).
On
joining Enterprise Works, companies will be expected to make over a small
proportion of their shares (or of their annual profit) to the team of business mentors who are
independent of Enterprise Works. Companies may choose to make their own
arrangements for mentoring, but Enterprise Works reserves the right to
assess individuals for suitability and commitment.
