Enterprise works is a charity. A not-for-profit business established in 2004.

To help new and second phase manufacturing businesses, including food producers, to develop and grow successfully and contribute to the regeneration of Newhaven. Enterprise Works owns the freehold of a newly refurbished 22,000 square ft factory in Newhaven and a number of small and medium-sized kitchen units that meet BRC and Environmental Health Standards.

With space for around 5 more companies and some offices that can be let separately and manned by our staff if required, Enterprise Works offers a fresh and exciting new approach to manufacturing in Newhaven. If you want your manufacturing business to be a success without getting bogged down in administration and red tape, we can help. We are much more than just a space.
