WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

Many ‘incubation’ centres are little more than just rented space, but at Enterprise Works the emphasis is on giving proactive help and support for client companies – space is just a small part of the package.  We aim to take away the drudgery of bureaucracy and red tape allowing the companies to focus on their real skills and business objectives and to develop income flow.

All Enterprise Works clients have their own secure designated space with 24/7 access. This includes provision of free access to meeting rooms (there are 6), communal areas, a small kitchen and refreshment machines. We are set up so as to encourage a community feeling among the client companies..

The Enterprise Works package includes:

• Book-keeping services (including VAT, payroll, invoicing, tax returns and banking)
• IT Infrastructure (broadband network)
• Power, water, air, equipment maintenance, cleaning and waste disposal, pallet trucks
• Health and safety management and risk assessment
• Building Insurance
• Communal facilities, including meeting and presentation rooms for all clients including those renting the kitchen units
• Sales and Marketing support and HR advice

Client companies will be given coaching and support from an experienced mentor, someone with suitable knowledge and expertise to help plan, develop, and grow the business.
