Julie Stanford

Julie Stanford has run her own businesses since 1981. In 1987 she started her own graphic design company, which for 15 years specialised in design for publishers across the UK. In 2000, as one of the founder directors of a ‘high-growth’ giftware manufacturing company, she built up and managed a sales force of 85 reps in the USA. She is managing director of The Essential Business Guide Ltd and has recently published a national business guide for SMEs.

Julie is committed to the local business community: she is Vice-President of the Brighton & Hove Chamber of Commerce and a business mentor for Prince’s Trust and Edeal.
